Jewish Landmarks of Ontario
The Jewish Landmarks of Ontario is an exciting new way to explore and discover the architectural history of Ontario's Jewish communities. Historical buildings and sites of interest around the province are pinpointed on an interactive map and accompanied by photos, documents, and audiovisual material from the collections of the OJA. Included are schools, businesses, synagogues, institutions, social halls, restaurants and more.
Currently, the map includes points of interest in the Kensington Market/Spadina area of Toronto, but will be expanding to include neighbourhoods, towns and cities from around the province, so keep checking back for more sites soon.
