Community Activities and Relations
Starting with the first settlers, Kingston’s Jews have been actively involved in the Jewish as well as the general community. In regards to the latter, they have made important contributions to its cultural, social and political life. This has been achieved through their participation in a variety of Jewish and non-Jewish organizations, municipal politics and philanthropic endeavours.
