Brendan
Gogarty on the bimah during a re-creation of his Bar-Mitzvah ceremony
at the Kiever, July 15, 1989. Brendan is the grandson of Martin
Mendelow, the architect who was responsible for the restoration
of the Kiever. The ceremony had to be re-created so that pictures
could be taken when it was not the Sabbath.
